I got a unlimited ultimate package. I wash my car every day the sun shines. My Uber riders appreciate a clean car.

Phil the Ft Wright General Mgr deserves 5 stars. I went too day to clean my car inside and out after a beach vacation. They did not clean the car as good as I would have liked so Phil sent me back through and had the other attendant scrub my car with the mop. When I went to to use the vacuum it wasn’t working so Phil switched vacuums and then offered to spray off my mats. Above and beyond!!!

I have used this location over 200x and all Mikes 0ver 1000x. This evening at 8 p.m. was the FIRST time in 1000 plus washes I didn't get a waive or smile by the attendant. He looked pissed I even went through! With that being said it makes me APPRECIATE the other 999x they were so friendly and did waive! You might want to see if I am a one off with that one. Ft. Wright 5/31/26 8 P. M.

Customer service is great, the guys working the car wash were so friendly and knowledgeable. Keep in mind that vacuuming is NOT INCLUDED. It costs extra and it's timed. There are many other car washes in which vacuums are INCLUDED in the price you've already paid for the car wash. Valuable info I wish I would've know before spending $12 for a basic wash.

my first experience with Mike's carwash was right after a road trip. you know when you get back and your car is just covered in squashed bugs... well my normal car wash was closed so I tried the new Mike's right across the street. I had never been to anything like this before, I am use to Ms.Classic where there are people at the front and back of the wash making sure your car is clean and then driving it to vacuum it out for you. if you've never been to Mike's, they dont do that. I paid for the highest quality car wash and then the additional fee for the vacuum. I should have checked my car there but I didn't. when I got to my next stop I noticed that my car still looked as though I had just gotten home from my road trip. bugs everywhere!!! it didn't look like I had gone through a car wash at all! later in the day I drove through some rain and let me tell you, the rain did a better job of taking bugs off than Mike's Carwash.
